At Talvi we pride ourselves on being a small business & creating you handcrafted, unique jewellery.
Please note the following before considering your return:
1. Items must be returned in perfect, unused condition including packaging with no signs of being worn within 7 days of purchase.
2. There are no refunds, exchanges or store credits on sale items or earrings (due to hygiene reasons).
3. Wanting to swap an item? Simply get in touch and lodge an exchange within 7 days, postage at buyers expense.
4. Damaged jewellery? Contact us with your proof of purchase,
a description and any photos of the damaged product.
Where damage is determined to be due to craftmanship error the item will be repaired & returned free of charge, however if the damage is to be determined as outside of craftmanship, no returns or store credits will be given & the purchaser is responsible for return postage costs.
For an item to be eligible for a return for repair TALVI must be notified of the damage within 14 days of original purchase.
You will receive an email notifying you of an approval or rejection of your claim. If successful, any item/s returned must be posted with Australia Post with tracking and a tracking number provided to TALVI.
Please note gift cards and all sale items are non exchangeable or refundable.
