Returns & Exchanges – Talvi Jewellery
At Talvi, each piece is handcrafted with care, intention, and individuality. As a small artisan studio, we take pride in the uniqueness and quality of every item we send into the world.

Before requesting a return or exchange, please read our policy below:

1. Return Eligibility:
Items must be returned in original, unworn condition including packaging, with no signs of wear, within 7 days of receiving your order. Any made to order items are not eligible for return. 


2. Non-Refundable Items:
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.
Sale items, made to order and gift cards are also final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.


3. Exchanges:
If you’d like to exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.
All postage costs for exchanges are the buyer’s responsibility.


4. Damaged or Faulty Items:
If your jewellery arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of your original purchase. Include your proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and clear photos.

If damage is due to a craftsmanship error, we will repair and return the item free of charge.

If damage is found to be caused by external factors (e.g. misuse, wear and tear), no refund or credit will be issued. The buyer will be responsible for any repair and return postage costs.
If damage occured in transit by the postal carrier please get in touch immediately with photos and we will work to resolve the issue with Australia Post.  



5. Returns for Repair:
Approved repairs must be sent back via Australia Post with tracking, and the tracking number must be provided to Talvi.



You will be notified via email once your claim has been reviewed and either approved or declined.
