Shipping & Fulfilment – Talvi
At Talvi, each piece is carefully crafted by hand with intention and precision. We appreciate your patience while your jewellery is brought to life.
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 21 days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the time you receive your order confirmation. Once your piece has been shipped, you will receive a follow-up notification with tracking details.
If, due to high order volumes, we anticipate a delay, we will reach out to inform you.
Please be aware that shipping timelines may vary depending on external postal delays beyond our control.
SHIPPING PROVIDER
All parcels are sent via Australia Post.
DOMESTIC (Australia & New Zealand)
We offer:
Free express shipping within Australia on orders over $200
Free standard shipping to New Zealand on orders over $200
$15 flat rate express (AU) and $15 standard (NZ) on all other orders
Delivery is typically next business day within Victoria, and 2–3 business days to other Australian states.
LOCAL PICKUP (Victoria)
Local pickup is available from the Talvi Studio. Please select “local pickup” at checkout and we will contact you to arrange a collection time once your order is ready.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer standard international shipping for $30.
Please note: customs duties, taxes, or import fees are not included in our pricing and are the responsibility of the buyer.
DAMAGED ITEMS
Should your item arrive damaged, please contact us at asha@talvi.com.au as soon as possible with your order number and a clear photo of the item.
We will assess each situation on a case-by-case basis and work with Australia Post toward a fair resolution.
