SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 21 days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

In the event that processing is held up due to a high volume of orders, Talvi will contact you to inform you of the delay.

Please note shipping times may vary depending on postage delays outside of Talvi's control.


All packages are sent using Australia Post.

DOMESTIC

(Australia & NZ)

We offer free express shipping within Australia & free standard shipping to NZ, for orders over $200.
This will automatically be deducted at checkout on eligible orders.

Or $15 express shipping for Australia &  $15 Standard post to NZ on all other orders.

This service is typically next day delivery to Victoria and approx 2 -3 business days to other states.

LOCAL PICKUP

Talvi allows local pick up from Talvi Studio. Please select this option at checkout and you will be contacted to arrange a suitable time & day to collect your order when it is fulfilled.

INTERNATIONAL

We offer standard shipping worldwide. 
Packages shipped internationally may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country.
Such charges are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost & are the responsibility of the buyer.

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at asha@talvi.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
