Workshop Cancellations & Refunds Policy

• Full payment is required to secure your booking. 

                          For cancellations and refunds:

• More than 14 days' notice:
  Receive a full refund minus a $30 administration fee, transfer your booking to another available date or receive a credit note. 

• 7-14 days notice:
  Receive a 50% refund, or transfer to another available date. 

• Less than 7 days' notice:
  No refund or credit.
  

• No-shows:
  No refund or credit. (It is the responsibility of the clients to attend on the correct date and time. No make-up classes, refunds or credits will be issued for non-attendance of all or part of a workshop without notice.)

• If we are able to fill your place from our waitlist (time permitted), we may at our discretion provide a full or partial refund.
• If a workshop is cancelled by TALVI, you will receive either: a full refund, or the option to transfer your booking to another available date.
